Answers for families and event organizers.

Here are the questions we hear most often about lessons, zones, scheduling, and lifeguarding support.

Why do you use lesson sets instead of one-off lessons?

Sets keep progress moving and help swimmers build trust with the same instructor over time. Families also get a more predictable weekly routine.

Why can't I choose any random time?

We group lessons by zones and day blocks so instructors spend more time teaching and less time driving. That makes the service more reliable for everyone.

What if we miss a lesson?

Rescheduling follows our 24-hour notice policy. We do our best to keep makeups inside the same zone and schedule rhythm when space allows.

Do you serve homes outside your current zones?

Sometimes, but those requests need manual review. Our main focus is keeping our established zones dependable for current families.

How does lifeguarding approval work?

We review event details, facility setup, swimmer count, and safety needs before confirming the booking. Some events require extra follow-up before approval.
